Hi, Nirmaly.

By your rank, your approximate marks will be between 120 and 130

For the cee counseling,  the minimum marks that are required for a student belonging to your category is 41 to 45

The minimum cutoff marks for admissions in aec for your category is 94.

The minimum cutoff marks for admissions in jec for your category is 93.

So, you'll surely be able to get into both jec and aec.

Good luck.

Hi, Rohan

Aec, Jec and jist are the most prominent Engineering colleges in assam.

To be able to qualify for that the minimum marks that are required to get the admissions into these colleges varies between 110 to 125 for a few years

In aec, for general category students has to get  110 marks

In jec , it is 107

In jist, it is 104

As your rank suggests your marks will be between 100 and 120, so you'll definitely get into jec, just or aec.

Goodluck

Hello!!

Thanks 4 contacting Careers360...

It's hard to get in quota AI but you can get it on OS quota...

All the best:)

hey Aspirant,

Well Yes!,you can definitely get admission in JEC ,

The eligibility criteria for admission in JEC is as follows:

-One should appear in the JEE Mains exam and have a valid score.

-Should have an aggregate of about 45% in their 10+2 i.e 12th.

Since, you have scored well in both of them,so,the chances are even brighter

plus there are preference given to girls during the time of admission,

And as per your query about MP PET, there is no such exam now,

instead of the mp pet the JEE is considered as the only exam

All the best!

Hi Ankit
As you may be knowing that AEC is one of the most demanded college under CEE Assam.
So there's a huge competition to get in there and only rankers get chance.
As you have secured 124 marks (1072 rank) in CEE 2019  so definitely you have no chance for getting admission in AEC.
But you may be able to make it to JEC .
But, your probability of getting CS branch is a bit difficult. However, there are some chances that you could make it .
So, I would advice you to go for the counseling process and look For the college which suits you best according to your branch.

Hello!!
First of all congratulations on securing a good rank in CEE exam. As per your rank, you secured a good rank to get admission in Jorhat Engineering college (JEC). And as you belong to OBC category then you can also have your preferable branch. Hope it helped you.
Good luck.

Hi, for admission in AEC mechanical branch your rank in assam cee should be around 1-150 as this college mechanical branch is the best. For admission in JEC mechanical branch the cutoff score in assam cee should be around 120. So i think you have slightly better chance in JEC assam.
