Hi Madhurjya,
As per your rank in CEE and category, you have high chances of getting admission in AEC, Jaipur in any branch of your choice.
Thank you and best of luck.
Hi, Kankan.
In assam, the most prominent undergraduate engineering colleges are
Aec
Jec
Jist
Dibrugarh
Bineswar
To get into these colleges and get the admission for these colleges, the minimum marks that are required for you based on your category is between 90 to 95.
Based on your rank, the marks that you got are less than 50 approximately.
So you have only 5 to 10% chance to get into these government colleges.
Good luck
Hey, you did well!
Well According to the cutoff list of CEE 2018 you need to score about 70 to 80 Marks in your CEE . This pattern remains almost same every year.
So,as far for the Obc category you need to have a score of maximum 75 and above to get admission in top colleges and you can have your 10+2 percentage 63.45 or below to qualify for the 2nd round
In order to get admission in JEC OR AEC you must score 70 and above to get into the counselling process
All the best!
Hello Kritismita, Thanks for reaching to us.
Based on previous year cutoff and your marks you can get a seat in government college but different branches have a different cutoff. For more information please visit https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/assam-cee-cutoff
Hi, Hitesh.
Jorhat Engineering college is one of the most prominent colleges in assam
The current intake of students into the college is 315
So, approximately with your 2061 rank your marks will be between 80 to 95.
The minimum cutoff marks which makes you eligible for jec based on your general category is 105.
So, you can't get into jec but you can try it under state quota and try in the counselling for any branch that is left.
Regards.
Yes your chances are decent......take part in counseling round....
Best of luck....

Hi, Abhijit.
Assam Engineering college and jorhat Engineering colleges are one of the most prominent colleges in assam.
The current intake of the students is 420 and 315 respectively.
The minimum eligible cutoff for the ace and jec for your category is 99 and 94 marks respectively.
As you acquired 112 marks, I can say that you can get into cse or civil branches but not likely into mechanical.
Hope this helps.
Smartboard is not there.lift is only for faculty not for students. Girls are very less in the college.Co-curricular activity is also not organised. They are not maintaining good lecturer who is efficient in their subjects.Sqme faculty teaching each & every subject
The infrastructure of my college is good. It has a well-stocked library, computer lab, auditorium, transportation facility, campus with internet facility,Canteen but it requires good management. I made many new friends, they help me a lot even my seniors are also very much corporative or you can say there is a friendly environment. All in All its good.
Required facilities and equipments were there but little maintenance needed. Sports department was fine. IT infrastructure was bit outdated but students managed somehow. Mechanical engineering department was good, rest of them were average.
