• Based on the information provided in the form, the placement cell shortlists the eligible candidates.

• The placement cell then invites companies to conduct recruitment drives at the college.

• The companies conduct a series of tests and interviews to shortlist the suitable candidates.

• After the selection process is complete, the placement cell provides the list of selected students to the respective companies.

• Finally, the companies offer jobs to the selected candidates.
