Jayaraj Annapackiam CSI College of Engineering, Nazareth Facilities Details: Hostel, Campus, Infrastructure, Library, Canteen

The college has a separate hostel facility for boys. The hostel is located inside our college campus. We have spacious rooms on the ground floor and first floor. Around 100 students are staying in our hostel.

The college has a Library consisting of a Central Library and 03 departmental libraries which collectively support the teaching and extension programs of the Institution. All students, faculty members of the Institute are entitled to make use of the Library facilities on taking library membership. The Library, besides having a huge collection of books on engineering & technology, science and humanities offer library services through its various divisions. Initially set up in Aug.2001, the Central Library moved to its new independent building in Dec.2011. The Library uses an auto-lib software package which is an integrated multi-user library management system that supports all in-house operations of the Library. The auto-lib consists of modules on acquisition, cataloging, circulation, serials, article indexing, and OPAC. Retrospective conversion of bibliographic records has been completed and more bibliographic records of books available in the Library can now be accessed through the OPAC. The database of books available in the Library is being updated on a day-to-day basis with details of recently acquired books. The editing and updating activities are in progress. Bar Code-based Circulation System - The Auto-lib package has been successfully implemented for the circulation activities, by using the barcode. All the books in the library are bar-coded. Digital Library - Online access to the e-resource of the Digital Library portals of IEEE. Internet facility - In the proximity of the library building the institution has set up a browsing center with the requisite infrastructure.

The college has sports facilities for all students.

The college has a canteen facility for staff and students.

The college has an auditorium facility for events and seminars.

The college has Transport Facility for all the students.

The college has a good networking for the alumni association.

The college has a departmental-based laboratories facility for the students.

The college has a health center with a first aid facility for the students.

The college has a guest house/waiting room facilities for visiting faculty and student family members.

 The college has a parking space facility for its faculty, staff, and students.
