As per the eligibility criteria of SRMJEE ,you cant give SRMJEE exam.i suggest you to go through the below link to that:

and option of lateral entry also very rare case in SRM university.you can get lateral entry admission if you have any official contact of SRM, Otherwise you can contact director via mail.there is chance of lateral entry. all the best........:D

The admission criteria for BBA at SRM University is,

• Candidates will be called for counseling based on the fulfilling requirement of minimum marks in the qualifying examination.
• Candidates can choose their program in a particular campus
• fulfilling the eligibility criteria and subject to the availability of seats at that point of time.
• Upon selection of programme,  tuition fees and other applicable fees have to be paid at the time of counseling
• Provisional Allotment Letter (PAL) will be issued to confirm the candidate's admission
