It depends on which branch you want really. But your rank is pretty good, so it doesn't really matter. You can get whichever branch you want. And you try for vacancies, then definitely you can. SRMJEE is the entrance exam for getting college in SRM, hope you're referring to the same rank. All the best!

How is SRM Sonipat for CSE? Study, Faculty as well as placement wise.

SRM Sonepat was established five years ago.

So till now, placements are not upto the mark.till now they are pretty average .highest placement record till now is around 4-5 lacs. Placement cell is also not so useful. But placement ratio is slowly improving there is no industry exposure.

Teachers are good and supportive and teaching methods are designed in a way that even below average students can understand properly.

So till now placement records are not so good but it is expected to go up in coming years. Faculty is good but few teachers are not good.

But college is improving slowly and needs time to settle properly.

I would like to hwlp you with your query buy you have not mentioned your category.However the cut off in 2018 for SRM UNIVERSITY for unreserved candidate was in between 691-119 marks and must secure 50th percentile and OBC/SC/ST candidates must secure in between 118-86 marks and 40th percentile. So see the following categories cut off which I have mentioned above. Cut off is subjected to change slightly.

My sister completed her 1st yr BTech cs from SRM .She wishes to get admission in BTech cs 2nd yr in other college.Maybe gov. Suggest a way.

Not possible , they have to again take admission in first year . If she cleared diploma then they may have a chance to get directly admission to second year.

Hello aspirant,

Well you would be able to get admission in chennai but only if you belong to some reserved category and you have a domicile certificate of tamil nadu or else it would be quite a difficult task for you.

And as far I know u need to score a minimum of 500 marks for admission in SRM university.

So I suggest you try for state quota.

I have joined cse with (AI and ML) in srm ramapuram is it worth to study that course?Will I get a job with higher packages ?

Hi,

The course id really good with a lot of modern CS appliactions and reserach taking place in the above mentioned fields only.

You need to carry out a lot of side projects and do a lot of self study to bag a good placement as it is a very Niche field.

Faculty are okay and placements are too but it all depends on the effort you put in.

What is the minimum score required in neet 2019 to get admission in SRM dental college, Chennai?

To get into SRM Dental College you need at least 550 marks Plus if you are from general category and want to get into the government seats of SRM Dental College. The cutoff for Private seats to isn't not far from 500 marks. Also it is expected that the cutoffs this year will rise because exam was easier and students are performed well in the exam. Although the precise jump in marks is not known but the previous year cutoffs will be inadequate to judge If you can get into this college. All the best
