Maharaja Surajmal Institute of Technology, Delhi assigned the A+ category by the State Fee Regulatory Committee (SFRC) for 2022-25.

Maharaja Surajmal Institute of Technology, Delhi (MSIT Delhi) was established in the year 2001. The MSIT Delhi is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and is accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) and the National Board of Accreditation (NBA). Maharaja Surajmal Institute of Technology is an ISO 9001:2015 Certified Institute. The MSIT Delhi courses are offered at the UG level and include- B.Tech Electronics and Communication Engineering, B.Tech Computer Science and Engineering, B.Tech Information Technology and B.Tech Electrical and Electronics Engineering. The MSIT Delhi admissions are done based on scores of JEE Main Paper 1 for B.Tech programmes while the CET exam (IPU CET) conducted by Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi is considered for lateral entry to B.Tech programmes. As per NIRF 2023 report, the MSIT Delhi median salary package offered to the students is Rs 6,50,000.

Although Maharaja Surajmal Institute of Technology, Delhi does not provide any scholarships and the students who are aspiring for MSIT scholarships can apply for scholarships offered by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). AICTE-Saksham Scholarship Scheme

Amount of scholarship that is a tuition fee of Rs. 30,000 or at actual, whichever is less and Rs.2000 per month for 10 months as incidentals charges each year.

This scholarship is for differently-abled students who have a disability of not less than 40%.

Candidates must be admitted to diploma/degree courses at an AICTE recognised institution.

The annual income of the family should be less than Rs.8 Lakhs per annum.

AICTE Pragati Scholarship for Girls

Amount of scholarship that is a tuition fee of Rs. 30,000 or at actual, whichever is less and Rs. 2,000 per month for 10 months as incidentals each year.

This scholarship is for girl candidates who have taken admission to the diploma/degree course at AICTE approved institution/college.

The annual income of the family should not be more than Rs.8 Lakhs.

Up to two girls per family can apply for the scholarship.
