MITSOM Pune Admission Process
MIT School of Management, Pune offers admissions to postgraduate programmes. The PG courses for MITSOM Pune admissions are M.B.A and M.C.A. For MITSOM Pune admission to the M.B.A programme, candidates have to appear for CAT/ CMAT/ XAT/ MAT/ GMAT/ ATMA/ MAH MBA CET and obtain a valid score. Then, candidates are selected based on their entrance exam scores followed by a detailed group discussion (extempore) and a personal interview. Candidates are required to appear for MAH MCA CET/ MHCET/ PERA/ MITWPU-PGPE for MITSOM Pune admission to the M.C.A programme. Further, candidates are selected on the basis of MAH MCA CET scores followed by a personal interview. The final step of the MITSOM Pune admission procedure is the submission of the requisite documents and payment of course fees. Detailed MITSOM Pune admission procedure is mentioned below.
MITSOM Pune Application Process
Candidates have to visit the official website of MIT WPU.
Candidates are required to visit the ‘Admission’ section and click on the ‘Apply Online’.
Then, they have to fill out the application form online and pay the application fee by credit/ debit card or through Net-Banking.
Candidates can take the printout of the duly filled form for future reference.
MITSOM Pune PG Admissions
MIT School of Management, Pune offers 14 postgraduate programmes. MITSOM Pune courses at the PG level include M.B.A and M.C.A in management and business administration, computer application and IT, commerce, and architecture streams. The course duration of postgraduate programmes is 2 years. To be eligible for M.B.A admission, candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree with an aggregate of 50% marks or equivalent CPGA from a recognised university.

MITSOM Pune M.B.A Admission Procedure
Candidates seeking admission in the M.B.A programme have to appear for CAT/ CMAT/ XAT/ MAT/ GMAT/ ATMA/ MAH MBA CET or any other approved qualifying CET examination.
Then, the candidates have to apply online on the official website of the institute and upload all the necessary documents along with the admission application fee.
The selection process for M.B.A comprises entrance exam scores followed by a detailed group discussion (Extempore) and a personal interview.
Admission is offered based on candidates' marks in the aforesaid exams and their performance in the group discussion and personal interview.
Final admission is confirmed after verification of documents and MITSOM Pune admission fee payment.
MITSOM Pune M.C.A Admission Procedure
For admission to the M.C.A programme, the candidates have to appear for the MAH MCA CET/ MHCET/ PERA/ MITWPU-PGPE.
Candidates are required to apply online on the official website of the institute and submit the application form along with the needed documents.
The selection process for the MITSOM Pune M.C.A programme comprises MAH MCA CET/ MHCET/ PERA/ MITWPU-PGPE scores followed by a personal interview.
Admission is done on the basis of candidates’ performance in the entrance exam and personal interview.
The last step includes verification of documents and course fee payment.

Academics
Faculty is very experienced with good experience of Industry. Also Curriculum is updated every year to Prepare students ass per the latest market trends.
Industrial visit and Regular case study discussion.
College Infra
Infrastructure is very good. Lush green Campus and Centralized AC classrooms with Modern Equipment.
Good Indoor and outdoor sports facilities.
Well maintained Canteens. Auditorium and Library with almost every book you need.
Campus Life
Campus life is good with regular Events both at University and Departmental level.
We have various forums who regularly keep conducting the events.
Also various music events and Business leadership programs are conducted by the university where Renowned people are called to share their experience
Placements
Placement is below average with the average Package of 4-5 lakhs. In the marketing highest package was 10 LPA. Internship Opportunities are also decent with mostly Pune based local Companies and Few MNCs.
Value For Money
Average for value for money. Faculty, Infrastructure, Curriculum is good. Problem is with the placement and internship opportunities.
Also you get a chance for both Domestic and International Immersion Program.

Academics
Good but can be improved, few professors are very professional and nice but there are also faculties who does not care much on the learnings and outcomes. More practical knowledge and exposure can be provided.
College Infra
the campus houses multiple auditoriums and seminar halls for hosting conferences, workshops, and cultural events. The presence of medical facilities, banking services, and convenience stores further adds to the convenience and comfort of the students and staff. Overall, MIT-WPU’s infrastructure is designed to provide a comprehensive and enriching educational experience.
Campus Life
There are Cultural activities, NCC troops, events like RIDE which make the college unique form others. 2 - 3 canteens where you can go in break time to have some snacks or coffee. A huge Library with a lot of variety in books. Overall campus life can said as average, it will be very good if they include more activities like pool, Table Tennis, etc.
Placements
Placements used to be very good till 2020 but apparently they are not that good now and not everyone get placed because too many students. Packages also need to be improved with a more openings in MNCs in each field.
Value For Money
It's too expensive and does not justify the amount/ fees it takes. They should include more activities, sports etc. Academics also needs to improved. And most importantly, very few can get ROI from college like MIT.

Academics
The college has good academics overall. Majority of the faculties are PHD's are have good knowledge about the subject and practical world as well. They have several courses right from basic management foundation to communication, statistics, peace courses, value education all of it is covered and in the second year we have specialisation specific subjects.
College Infra
The infrastructure of the college is excellent they have well equipped classrooms with modern technology and facilities. We have Acs, smart boards and WiFi as well in the classroom. Besides that, the building is well made and has the required amenities. The campus of the college is quite large and good. It has several laboratories, canteens, sports grounds and classrooms. It is good overall and well maintained
Campus Life
The college has a great campus life right from college events, to extra curricular activities, guest sessions, interactions with experts, forum and club activities, fun events, expos, stalls, and several other initiatives that make its campus life amazing.
Placements
The college placements are alright. Depending on each individuals skills and potential, the companies that come on board in the college for placement as well as individual performances the placements are given. Some get into great big companies and MNC's while some opt for startups.
Value For Money
The value for money is good as we can get the necessary infrastructure and facilities in return for it. The overall classrooms as well as faculty and teaching are quite good so it is a good value for money.

Highest package in mit college
Hello aspirant ,
I assume that MIT here stands for Manipal institute of technology.
The highest package offered was about 44 LPA from microsoft this year and about 35 students secured that offer. The average salary package would be in between 7 to 8 LPA
