For MBA in Finance you need to clear competitive entrance exams like CAT, XAT, and GMAT. And you should also have a bachelor's degree with a minimum aggregate of 50%.

I believe you are talking about MAH CET MBA exam. The admission to any college in MAH CET participating institutes’ list depends on the cutoff marks of a particular college. If you meet the cutoff marks criterion of any B-school, you are automatically shortlisted for the admission process
