Hello,

It is very difficult. Your only hope could be a management seat or if you could wait till all MU admissions are over because many people leave their seat at MPSTME after securing in MY.

Alternatively, you could also take a break for a year and work on developing your skill sets by taking online courses such as those from online sites. You could easily cover first year syllabus by yourself so that you can get a solid start to your GPA when you finally start first year in college.

All The Best.

Hey,

I guess it entirely depends upon the vacancy. There’s no such cut-off system. If you get a really good rank, like in the top 300, you can go for these courses, else it entirely depends upon the vacancy.

Like if you get a rank between 1500–3000, and you want IT or CE, the chances are pretty low because maximum students go for IT and CE. But, when you go for counselling, they give you a form in which you can choose to upgrade to a branch wherein you can fill in your choice and later, you might get upgraded if there is any vacancy.

All The Best.

Hello Candidate,

You can easily get a seat in the Mumbai campus in the second or third list as many people with ranks around 1k - 1.5k coming in the first list itself….But given that the Mumbai campus is the most sought-after campus , you can’t really guarantee anything.

All The Best.

Hi Candidate,

The examination requirements in several colleges is minimum qualification Marks or atleast 50 percent of marks, or some Colleges even demand an individual 50 percentage in individual Subjects and overall above 75 percentage aggregate.

Since you have got above 50 in all the three papers, so you have scored above 50% marks in individual Subjects, but for the Aggregate to be above 75%, the total marks should be above 225, which you have got 219. You can retake the examination if the college has specific guidelines.

Hope that this answer helps you.

Hello,

So after you clear the cut off you will get a call after that you should definitely start preparing for CD/PI.

Case Discussion-

A group of around 10–13 people will sit together and discuss about one case and its questions. One thing you need to focus upon is-

Be relevant while speaking

Treat others with dignity and respect

Stop jumping to conclusions

Don’t divert from the topic

Be confident

Stop cutting other person’s point

Sound interested

All The Best.

Case Discussion

Personal Interview

Case discussion and Personal interview might tbe held on online for shortlisted Candidates only.We do not have 2019 cut offs per se. But in 2017, the cut offs for MBA Pharma were as follows:

QS: 50

LS: 50

LR: 50

Overall score: 169

Now this is an old data and cut offs change every year. You haven't mentioned whether 149 is your scaled score or its your Final percentile score. The scores that are reported are scaled scores and the final percentile score is the percentage of Candidates who have scored less than you in a certain section. It might be tad difficult for a seat in Pharmaceutical management with a score of 149. But we would still suggest you to watch out foe any update regarding the shortlisting list for Case Discussion and Personal Interview at www.nmims.edu website.By the virtue of 30% reservation for girls, you might stand a borderline chance. wow.

College Infrastructure

good infrastructure, we have centralized ac everywhere which doesnt work sometimes. we have 8 lifts and 2 entrances, 4 lifts for each entrance. The cafeteria is on the lower ground floor which provides exceptionally tasty food. Must try: Chole Bhature.

Engaging academics, strong placements, good infrastructure.

College Infrastructure

A college's infrastructure significantly impacts your academic journey. Look for spacious, well-equipped classrooms and relevant lab facilities. A well-stocked library with study spaces and research tools is essential. If living on campus, consider dorm options, room amenities, and overall safety. Explore the presence of computer labs, an auditorium, sports facilities, and healthcare resources. Finally, evaluate campus maintenance, eco-friendliness, Wi-Fi connectivity, and the overall positive and stimulating environment.
