The college Boys Hostels has a total of 42 rooms, having an occupancy of 120 boys. They have Doctor's Room, a spacious Entrance Hall, and Store Room. Kitchen Room and Mess Hall with a seating capacity of 120. Each student has his own allotted space, cot, study table, chair, Cupboard, mirror, hangers, and dustbin. The hostel provides facilities like drinking water, bathrooms, toilet blocks in each wing, electricity, gas geysers, solar water heater, boiler, and inverter. Hostel Advisory Committee has been formed for the effective management of the hostels. The Committee conducts regular meetings. Suggestion Boxes are kept in both the hostels. These are opened in the Meetings and the committee members resolve the problems. Smart card payphones facility. A sufficient number of servants are appointed in the hostels for day-to-day care. Rectors, supervisors, and mess managers are always available to the students. A parking facility is also available in the hostel.

The college Women Hostel has an occupancy of 409 girls. It has 170 seats for engineering students. It has Parents Waiting Room, Doctors Room, spacious Entrance Hall, and Store Room. Mess hall with a seating capacity of 125 and having a kitchen room. Each student has her own allotted space, cot, study table, chair, Cupboard, mirror, hangers, and dustbin. The college has very good support facilities in the form of a campus-wide Local Area Network. The departmental computer-to-students ratio works out to 1:2.4 for the college. A large number of leased software packages are available in each department to meet the specific requirements. The college has 2 Mbps Broad Band Leased line internet connectivity.

The college canteen is a spacious food jointly newly constructed for the purpose of serving wholesome, nutritious food to the Ossetians. A wide variety of Indian snacks and dishes are available. During lunchtime, meals are available at very reasonable prices. The canteen besides being hygienic also provides swift service.

The College has a well-furnished Seminar Hall in the College building that can accommodate over 300 people and a huge Indoor Auditorium that can house over 1200 people.

The college Transport facilities are provided for easy access to the students and staff members in and around Theni, Periyakulam, Bodi, Kombai, Thevaram, Chinnamanur, Uthamapalayam, Cumbum, Batlagundu, Paveeranpa, Varusanadu, Aundipa, and Usilampa. The college has eighty buses for easy transportation of our students. “Safe and Comfortable” transportation is the motto of the transportation department.

The college Wi-Fi has 9 transmitters provides a 24-hr Internet facility for the students and staff.

The College laboratories are an integral part of their respective Departments and feature advanced facilities on par with those in the premier institutions in the country.
