The college provides a separate hostel for boys with excellent amenities inside the college campus. We facilitate accommodation for more than 5000 students, in which we provide A/c and Non-A/c rooms. All the hostels are provided with spacious mess halls and modern kitchens. Effective waste disposal and wastewater treatment plants ensure environmental protection. All the hostels are sufficiently energized with generator backup, with 125KVA generators and cable television facilities provided in each hostel. Caring wardens and tight security ensure a pleasant stay, allowing students to focus on their studies.

The college library has been established with state-of-the-art infrastructure to the standards on the Third floor. It has specialized collections of books, journals & other resources in Architecture and civil engineering, ranging from printed books, e-books, back volumes, CDs/DVDs. The library subscribes to national and international journals in print and e-journals. The library is using WINLMS software for library management and information system purposes, and it has a web-OPAC (Online Public Access Catalogue Facility) to consult the library information.

The college achieves a healthier lifestyle while coping with the pressures of studying; one needs to be healthy both emotionally and physically. As a part of this process, the college emphasizes the importance of sports, Gym, Yoga, Air Rifle Academy, etc., and considers them as an integral part of the curriculum. The college has a number of centers for physical education and sports activities that help the students maintain fitness and develop a competitive spirit. Our numerous outdoor playgrounds and indoor courts are designed to meet the students' needs.

The college has a carpentry or wooden workshop is a place where students are given practical knowledge about the types of wood and their usage, and taught jobs in it. Faculty with all skill levels have access to the carpentry workshop to provide good knowledge to students. Workshops provide ample production space, access to power tools, and an extensive array of hand tools. Individual instruction in tool use and safety is required and is provided by staff and technicians.
