In order to get a seat in nizam clg, you should get the following rank. Assess it as per ur category.
NOTE: I have mentioned this on the basis of statistics admitted last year i.e. ICET 2009

According to previous year's cutoff, open category boy can get a mechanical branch if he has a rank of around 90,000 to 1,20,000 at nizam Institute of Technology

Sorry to say but according to your rank it will be very diffcult to get but if you go for spot councelling or talk to college authoriries in last and if some seats are vaccant which mostly happens then there are good chances for your admision into that college.
