The college has a health center with a first aid facility for the students.

The college has Central Library has a separate issue section on the second floor, which contains approx. 4500 books in various disciplines of engineering, sciences, and computers. The section opens from 10.00 am to 5.00 pm for every user (all working days).

The college has sports facilities for all students. Cricket, Basket Ball and Football.

The college has an excellent IT Infrastructure facility for the students.

The college has a canteen facility for staff and students.

The college has an auditorium facility for events and seminars.

The college has a departmental-based laboratory facility for the students. Applied physics applied chemistry lab proficiency in professional activity/Language Laboratories.

The college has A well-furnished and aesthetically designed hostel with separate wings for junior and senior boys has been constructed with a view to providing the best possible facilities to the students.  NMDC DAV Polytechnic hostel is a two-story building with 114 rooms.  Students can opt for rooms that offer single or double occupancy as per their own needs. The hostel has facilities like an RO water purifier, a water cooler, and a common room, which creates a homely atmosphere. The rooms are bright, spacious, comfortable, clean and airy. All hostel rooms have separate arrangements for students like separate beds, table chairs & shelves, etc. For the sake of the security of students number of security guards were at the main gate and maintaining discipline & peace in the hostel. 

The college has a separate hostel for girls. The hostel can accommodate 100 girls. Double room accommodation is given to the students. The hostel is located on the same campus and is about 500 hundred meters from the institute building. The campus is under the surveillance of CCTV cameras and security guards and provides a safe environment for each and every candidate. They are also permitted to use their own computers and mobiles in their own rooms. The mess is spacious with a dining hall and kitchen. Separate seating arrangements are made for girls. The rooms are bright, spacious, comfortable, clean and airy. All hostel rooms have separate arrangements for students like separate beds, table chairs & shelves, etc. For the sake of the security of students number of security guards were in the main gate and maintaining discipline & peace in the hostel. 

The college operates buses for the convenience of students and staff coming from different places. This service is offered ensuring hassle-free and safe transportation. The College runs 2 buses to provide transport facilities to students from various places covering a route of about 70 km. Each bus contains around 50 seats. The number of buses will be increased corresponding to the increase in the intake of students. Transport for daily commuting is generally one of the worries of parents. To enable students to free themselves from the worries of transportation, we have made arrangements for College buses. This will make them free from the mental tension of driving or taking the public transport system, to come to the college and go back, so that they fully concentrate on their studies. Parents also can have peace of mind while their wards are out in the college and need not worry about the traffic and driving problems. This transport facility is also used for various educational purposes like field trips, industrial visits, and recruitment. 

The institute takes great pride in its state-of-the-art Gymnasium. The gym is equipped with the most modern workout machines like an exercise bike, rowing machine, stepper, and multi-gym. Also, manual trade mill, hand twister, push-up bar, seat-up bench & cycling, etc. The Gym floor features a layer of green grass which adds to the ambiance of the Gym, making the workout a highly enjoyable and refreshing experience.
