The library plays an important role in Technical Education. NIPC Library has been functioning since its inception in 1984. Every year new books are purchased from the bookstores. The books are arranged in the subject-wise order on the racks for identifying easily. The Library functions on all working days. Pin drop silence is maintained in the Library. The copies of Project Reports submitted by the students are kept in the library for the purpose of reference by the final year students. Question papers of all Board exams are also maintained in the Library for the reference of the students.

A canteen is provided inside the college premises to enable students and staff members to avail of tea and snacks during the tea break. The canteen is situated at a convenient spot inside the campus.

Management provides counters and other customer facilities in a systematic manner. The store is taken care of by a storekeeper. Customer services are speedily taken care of. Books are ordered by the Principal after being recommended by the Heads of various Departments, as required by the staff handling different subjects. Orders are placed through an order form with the concerned publishers. The bills are cleared only through the Banks, after receipt and verification of books.
