According to the last few years cut off trends you should not get cse branch in pmec but at this rank you should deffinately get ete branch in pmec.
First of all sorry to say because this much rank you cannot get Computer Science like branch in PMEC Berhampur but you should get other core branches like Electrical Engineering , mechanical Engineering toor there are few chances of getting Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering but chances of getting this is

We have the best class room with smart board display for students understanding the lecture by vedio with more effectively. We also have a central library and boys and girls hostel rooms, canteen, and other laboratories.
There have all the necessary infrastructure like sufficient classroom with comfortable Furnitures and well equipped labs and equipment and green expensive and sports field in our college. In class room smart boards and screen are provided and in laboratories safety kits with fire extinguisher and safety things are provided and in library ever category of book will provided and in hostel hygienic will maintain .
