PES Modern College of Engineering placement cell is responsible to provide placements to all the students of the institute. PES Modern College of Engineering T&P cell offers students pre-placement training programmes. PE Society’s Modern College of Engineering's placement department keeps in touch with the industry to stay up to date on any and all changes in the corporate sector.

PE Society’s Modern College of Engineering placement cell organises industrial visits, internship training, and projects of industrial relevance for students, the institute fosters industry-institute interaction. The PE Society’s Modern College of Engineering placement cell maintains an up-to-date database and job profile of the companies, allowing each student to analyse and select the company of their choice.

As per PE Society’s Modern College of Engineering NIRF Placement Report for the year 2023, a total of 509 UG (4 years) students got placed out of 748 eligible students in various organisations with a median salary of Rs. 4,50,000 while 29 students opted for higher studies.

Placements

Placment ratio is above 70 percent Still there is no proper academical structure. You shouldn't get lured with false marketing of colllege by showing high packaging salary as they only one candidate got this salary but avearge salary is very low.

Placement assistance was great. many companies come for placements like LTIMindtree Cognizant, Arrow Uno Minda college dont have one student one placement policy they provide industry ready training seassions and grroming seassions

Placements

The placement’s are very opportunistic for the students as very good Companies are there ready to hire students with good skills and talent in their respective fields. 70 percent of students were placed. The highest package offered was 24LPA for Computer Science Student. Base salary offered was 7-8 LPA. The overall staff was very supportive during that time.
