Placements

Not many good companies come for recruiting on campus. Mostly students get placed at 3-4 lpa. Most students who bag good packages is through off campus placement. Apart from this electrical civil and mechanical students hardly get opportunities.

The placement situation at Poornima College in Jaipur is okay for some courses, but it depends a lot on which department the student is in, their skills, and how well they performed academically. The college has a special team called the Training and Placement Cell (T&P) that arranges job fairs, skill-building sessions, practice interviews, and training for aptitude tests. Every year, companies from IT, engineering, consulting, and service industries come to the campus. Some of the big companies that recruit here are TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Capgemini, Cognizant, and BYJU’S, among others. However, most of the jobs offered are by large companies that give entry-level salaries, usually between 3 to 4. 5 lakhs per year.
