Pragati Engineering College, Surampalem Reviews on Infrastructure, Campus, Placement, Facilities & Faculty

Pragati Engineering College has a vast infrastructure. As we are having different labs KT lab, AT lab, Nexus Lab etc. There are many not only computers but also machines for mech , ece , eee students

According to academics 1st year of B.Tech was so nice to me as every faculty member explains and guides very well when compared to increasing years. We are new to the B.Tech so faculty members cares.

Placements are well and good as we got 45lakh per annum through service now company for 6 members. Not only service now we got amazon, TCS ,turtle there are many campus drives happened in our college.

My course cost is 77,800 Rupees. I think it is worthy like our college has alot of discipline. The maintenance is also good. In my point of view , competition is less when compared to other colleges.

Campus life is very nice like there are so many clubs it is about 35 we can participate in those as they conduct activities. The location is also safe. Yes it can handle emergencies. It is not so far.

It has good infrastructure, facilities for the students eg: two different libraries central library and department library. It has good equipment too. They well trained the ncc students as well sports. Having projectors in the classrooms. And maintained them well. And canteen was hygienic.

I'm studying ece because it has a better future ahead. The quality of teaching was above average. Curriculum was updated and this leads to improvement of job ready for future. I would say self learning is very helpful and they would train you in the 4-1 semester and this is why I'm job ready.

For cse related branches got more opportunities rather than ece students. For us it was a less opportunities. Almost of the people were placed like in percentages 80% above . The highest package is 45 lpa in service now company. Average salary was 4lpa and placement officer was supportive

I don't Know actual cost. I'm jvd student it costs around 65k per year and crt fee was 15k and bus fee was 24k . Yeah it's worth cause you will learn practical knowledge too.

It's pleasant environment around the college. It has best in everything . Worst features was they are very strict about the money matter . They conducted cultural activities every Saturday. Teachers and staff are supportive in making projects and guidance . It is safe for girls and the location was surampalem kakinada . It can handle emergencies.

All the best choose wisely your college.

The pragati engineering collage infarcture is average,,over all the collage is located in 25acre of the landscape and over all collage consist of only a single library to enhance our knowledge and facilities here for the collage is hostel is very low and and the natural environment here provides the student free air and space to play different kind of sports and labs are average and no sports centre and only minor wifi facility and the no usage of the smart boards and no proper air conditions in the collage during the summer days

Academics is pragati engineering collage is in very lowrange in compression with the sorruding collages as it highly recommended to prove the study system and way of teaching ,,the curriculum is updated on the bases of the updation happen in the juntu-k and this kind of study in pragati engineering not for the job ready but it only teaches the basic skills and not ready for company ranged skill sett

The quality of the placements in the pragati engineering has been picked up really well in recent past two three years of span the percent of placed is nearly 35% and the highest offered package is 45L.P.A the average salary is 3 to 5 L.P.A

Data science almost cost 2Lakhs of Indian rupees and it can be also decreased by attempting few online tests conducted by pragati engineering collage and it's only a decent worthy collage for the paying fees

The collage is going on decent manner it's best features were highly specialised labs but insufficient faculty they are many different kinds of works a student can engage here with respect of their interests in different fields and courses the faculty is very friendly and over all location is good

College infrastructure is quite Impressive with larger grounds and spaces, best for outdoor studying (outside the classroom) which we used to do <3. Library is spacious and architectural which makes it stand out among the surrounding colleges.

The quality of teaching is top-notch; I have really had a great coordination with the faculty and the management, talking about the curriculum, it is updated accordingly to our affiliated university JNTUK, and the academics are job ready.

Every year the percentage of students that are placed keeps increasing, at some point it went up to 150%. So, there is no second thought of not getting a placement in Pragati. Students and Parents Approved!

Ofcourse, Pragati Offers the money's worth admissions comparatively in this competitive field.

My college campus is surrounded by greenery & vast spaces which made our day-to-day classes/academics easier.

Overall, I would recommend freshers to join Pragati Engineering College, Surampalem, if they are someone who's looking for a quality education with ease especially.

Infrastructure are not very good, there liabary is not at excepted, college infrastructure is too small, class are not maintained properly. Hostel is not good, and there is no hostel for girls and canteen also small.

Our college provides best education in ap the faculty are well trained and have good subjects knowledge, and good faculty and also labs .they training very well .we have subjects better related to placements

Placements depends on student knowledge and have good placements , college brings placements for students as they wish . College also support students for placements. Many more companies approach the college.

In my college Wi-Fi was good almost everywhere on the campus. The labs were good with new equipment. Coming to the hostel, the food was average but compared to home, it was not up to the level. We have a dispensary in the college itself and an available nurse and we have a mineral water supply around the campus and a small solar plant in the main block.

All Teachers were knowledgeable and they were good with the explanation of the topics. Semesters were easy enough if we followed the faculty and assignments. The course curriculum was designed to obtain all the qualities required while in the engineering and it helps by providing both technical knowledge and general too.

More than 70% students are placed and the highest package was 40 LPA the average package was about 5 LPA. Top recruiting company was Autodesk. Internship recruiters were Accenture and Amazon with a good stipend. This year we had around 900 offers come to the students and they were still going on.

Hostel facilities are decent with clean rooms and common areas available. The mess serves a variety of nutritious meals, although the options could be more diverse. The canteen offers snacks and beverages at reasonable prices. Medical facilities on-campus ensure prompt care, and there are good sports amenities encouraging a balanced lifestyle with various games and activities available for the students.

The teachers at Pragati Engineering College are generally helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable, fostering an engaging learning environment. Their teaching quality is solid with a focus on both theoretical concepts and practical applications. The course curriculum is relevant and designed to make the students industry-ready, incorporating current technologies and trends.

Top recruiting companies are Infosys, Wipro, and TCS which frequently hire from our campus. Approximately 60% of the students received internships with notable companies like Accenture and Tech Mahindra offering valuable experience. Common roles offered included software developer, data analyst, and systems engineer providing a strong foundation for our careers. Overall, the placement opportunities were quite encouraging.
