SPCE Mumbai Facilities

Sardar Patel College of Engineering Mumbai offers many facilities to the students, faculty and staff. SPCE Mumbai facilities include residential facilities, medical facilities, cafeteria, auditorium, and many other facilities. The college provides separate hostels for boys and girls. The library of the college provides students with many academic resources to help them with their studies. Sardar Patel College of Engineering Mumbai facilities also includes various sports infrastructure. A gymnasium is also present on campus. The college also has a cafeteria that provides healthy and nutritious meals to the students, faculty and staff. The college has made an agreement with Lion Kartar Singh Hospital for providing medical assistance. The auditorium is used for organising events and functions. An IT infrastructure is also part of SPCE Mumbai campus facilities and 24 hours internet facility is also provided by the college. Boys Hostel
The college provides accommodation for boys. All basic facilities are provided to the students. The hostels have furnished rooms. The facilities include a solar water heating system, RO purifiers, TV halls, etc. The capacity of the boy’s hostel is 278.
Girls Hostel
Residential facilities are provided to girls. Basic facilities like security, electricity, water supply, internet, etc are provided in the hostels. The capacity of the girl’s hostel is 67.
Medical/Hospital
An agreement has been made with the Lion Kartar Singh Hospital for emergency medical attention and necessary treatment to any student or staff of the college.
Gym
The college has well-equipped gym facilities for the students.
Library
Sardar Patel College of Engineering Mumbai facilities include a library. The library has many textbooks, reference books, journals, magazines, e-books, CDs, DVDs and other academic resources. Online services are also provided by the college. More than 40,000 books are available in the college library. The library has a good collection of CBT (Computer Based Tutorials) and video lectures.
Sports
SPCE Mumbai provides a large number of sports facilities to the students. This includes fields and grounds for various indoor and outdoor games. Courts for volleyball, basketball, cricket, hockey, and badminton are available. Indoor sports facilities include - carrom, table tennis, chess, etc.
I.T Infrastructure
The college has the latest and modern IT infrastructure facilities.
Cafeteria
The cafeteria of the college provides meals to the students, faculty and staff.
Auditorium

College Infrastructure

As an electrical Engineering student I can say this confidently that SPCE is the third best engineering college in Maharashtra after IITb and COEP in electrical engineering. It gives a good platform for future study and a lot of opportunities to grow and develop. Labs and classroom are up to mark. Food is good.

Give importance to sports too ……

i got 86.17% in my diploma. can i get admission to direct second year of electrical engineering at spce ? what is the fees/year for SC for the same ?

yes, you can take direct admission into 2nd year in electrical engineering. this is the lateral entry process and this depends on whether you clear the admission entrance exam or not. you can also get in through the management quota but clearing the entrance is better. the fees is about 1.6 lakh

Sir I got 88.75 percentile in mht cet in obc ncl category, can I get VIT, VIIT, VJTI, PCCOE, Sardar Patel college of Engineering Mumbai?

Hello Aspirant,

I hope you are doing well. Last year the cut off (MHT CET percentile) for OBC category was as follows in round 2 of MHT CET counselling to get admission in the above mentioned colleges was above 95 percentile.

Considering the previous year cut off you do not have chances to get seat in CSE or IT in the preferred institutes. Cut off may increase or decrease depending on factors such as total number of candidates appeared, difficulty level of examination and total number of seats available etc.

Dear Amol,

You can go for spit it has more options.Sardar Patel College of Engineering was officially started in 1962 and this was the idea of the Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan. Self-financed engineering courses were added to the institute in 1995. Affiliated to the University of Mumbai, the institute is one of the best engineering colleges in the country and has been providing high-quality education over the years. Even, Placements are pretty good here. The average salary package offered here is 10 LPA, and the highest salary package offered currently is 30 LPA. More than 50 companies hired students from here, and many more companies visit. Infact you can easily get an internship here.
