School of Engineering and Technology, Manav Rachna International Institute of Research and Studies, Faridabad has a Corporate Resource Centre (CRC) that provides job opportunities to final-year students. As per the SET MRIIRS NIRF Report 2024, 454 BTech students were placed with a median salary package of Rs. 5,75,000 during SET MRIIRS placements 2023. However,  45 MTech students were placed with a median salary package of Rs. 5,75,000 respectively.     

Various national and multinational companies visit the institute annually for campus placement drives. Some of the major recruiters conducting SET MRIIRS placement include TCS, IBM, NTT Data, Tata Steel, EY, Samsung R&D, Nokia, HSBC, Yamaha Motor Solutions, Radisson Blu Plaza, NIIT Technologies, Infogain, HDFC Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, JTKET, Sona Koyo, Stryker, The Grand Hotel, Times Business Solutions Ltd., Sonalika International, and others. To streamline the School of Engineering and Technology MRIIRS placement process, the CRC makes use of an ‘Online Registration Portal’ for campus placement.

• SET MRIIRS placement cell invites companies to visit the campus for the placements.

• The companies/ organisations give confirmation about the date and time of their visit to the campus.

• The students of the institute are given details about the placement date and the names of the companies/ organisations.

• The companies/ organisations conduct the placement drive on the mentioned date. 

• A brief talk (pre-placement talk) about the working of the company and the job role offered by them is shared with the students.

• Interested candidates must apply to the company with their CV.

• Shortlisted candidates are called for group discussions and campus interviews.

• Job offers are granted to candidates who are recruited by the companies/ organisations.
