The College Library was started in 2010 and has been functioning in the Main Block of the college. It spreads over 1800 sq. m. The library is equipped with a Reference section, Audio-Visual Section, Journal Section, Newspaper and Magazine Section, and Reprography Section. It can accommodate 250 students. It has numerous specialized collections of Books and Journals. With a catalog of over 11,589 volumes and an online journal database with a link to IEEE, the library offers knowledgeable resources to aid students’ quest for knowledge. The library stocks 229 National and International Journals and Magazines to keep students abreast of the latest findings and research. The resources are constantly being expanded and added every year. To enrich students’ abilities, the library offers institutional membership in DELNET (Developing Library Network, New Delhi). The library also offers web courses in various disciplines, which can be accessed throughout the campus via an intranet. As for the right surroundings for serious study, the library has been designed with contemplative space. The library opens between 9.00 a.m. and 6.00 p.m.The library’s elongated working hours make it easy for students to fit in the library.

The College focuses on equal emphasis on sports and games along with academics. Spacious playground and well-equipped sports infrastructure within the college premises. Students are encouraged to take an active part in sports to provide relaxation, fine-tune their energy, nurture the competitive spirit, enhance team spirit, and above all achieve leadership qualities. Playgrounds with abundant spaces and equipment for outdoor and indoor games facilities are available for the betterment of students.SUNSET has a well-qualified and experienced physical Education Director who strives diligently to enable the students to have a bright future in sports. The college has Delicious and nutritious food served in the canteen at subsidized rates. For students, the canteen is just not a place to eat but it’s a place where they hang out and have a word exchange to relax. The dishes prepared here are delicious and nutritious as well. Food items are prepared with RO-treated water. SINCE canteen provides quality food at a low tariff.

The college has An Auditorium with a seating capacity of 1000 and planned ventilation.

The college has A fleet of 13 buses operated for the convenience of students and staff coming from Nagapattinam surroundings and it covers almost all the points from the city. Buses ply through every nook and corner of Nagapattinam, Thiruthuraipoondi, Vedaraniyam, Aayakaranpulam, Kodiyakarai, Sannanallur, Kangalancherry, Thiruvarur, Kachanam, Vaimedu, Kottur, etc. 11 college buses ply towards Kumbakonam, Tiruvarur, Koradachery, and other specified routes for easy and safe transport, especially for women students and staff. Management is providing transport facilities for our students at competitive rates. The college transport department provides punctual service, besides ensuring safety and security to the students. All the teaching and non-teaching staff can avail of free transport facilities.
