TDR Polytechnic, Bibinagar, was established in 2011 as an affiliated college is situated at Yadadri Bhuvanagiri, Telangana. This technical institution is recognised by AICTE and it also offers several diploma courses in different field of Engineering. TDR Polytechnic currently has 97 members in its faculties so as to ensure quality technical education to the intending engineers. There are eight diploma courses made available to the students of the institute in various areas of specialisation in engineering.

TDR Polytechnic has a well endowed library of 350 sq meters containing 2810 volumes and 281 titles. In addition to, students can read 10 national journals, 8 magazines, and 4 newspapers, as well as computing in 10 computers for searching the information. A strong practical orientation of the institute is well illustrated by the presence of departmental laboratories where common practical cases may be solved. TDR Polytechnic also attaches importance to technological development; it has strong IT support; students have access to high speed Internet connection and the campus has a 1.5 GB Net working connectivity for the freedom of learning and knowledge discovery.

TODR Polytechnic has in total 8 full time diploma courses and all these courses takes 3 years. The offered Diploma courses in - Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering and Automobile Engineering. More students will be admitted in programmes like Mechanical Engineering and Civil Engineering since they are offered both day and second shift programmes. The institute can take up a large number of students for each course, of which 100 seats are available generally for every course excluding the Computer Science and Engineering for which only 60 seats are allowed.
