BE Electronics and Communication Engineering - Batch of 2008-01-01
Academics
The academics are exceptional with IIT and Anna University Ph.D. professors. Their subject knowledge, placement training and research motivation are top-notch. They are an inspiration always. They were approachable.
College Infra
The college infrastructure is five-star, with top notch labs, a spacious campus and comfortable ladies rest area, and excellent facilities. The food can improve, but overall, its outstanding. The spacious campus is an advantage.
Campus Life
campus life was enriched by exceptionally supportive seniors from the second year onwards, helping with contests, presentations, and departmental activities. Staff support was also stellar, especially placements, emergency handling, final year projects. This unforgettable experience made our college life truly special.
Placements
The college excels in placements with major companies like TCS, CTS, and Infosys visiting regularly. TCS alone places over 600 students, prioritizing those with strong communication skills. The college stands out for its in-campus placement opportunities.
Value For Money
Our college offers great value money with three fee categories: merit seat, self-supporting seat, and management quota. Merit seat fees are under Rs. 40,000 per year, which is quite affordable. The hostel and mess fees are a bit higher, so a reduction for financially struggling students could be considered, but overall, it's quite reasonable.

B.Tech Computer Science and Business System - Batch of 2024-01-01
Academics
Teachers are knowledgeable for the most part. Library is well equipped with the required academic material. The curriculum on the other hand, is a bit out of touch with current practices, and this is especially true for Computer Science.
College Infra
The classes and library are adequate. Labs are outdated and missing crucial systems for heavy workloads. Hostels are good depending on the block but they are well maintained for the most part. Mess food is good enough. General environment of the campus is good, filled with greenery.
Campus Life
Campus life was very peaceful. The college had a strict anti-ragging policy, and they enforced it really well. I had never seen a single case of ragging in my entire college life. Sports, gym, canteen facilities are readily available, and curfew times were lenient, with only a 100Rs fine for coming late.
Placements
My graduation year of 2024 was a period of recession in the IT industry, but even then, our Placement cell did their best to get as many placement opportunities as possible, and got most of the students placed in either internships or full-time jobs. Placement training was also given by both the teachers and students outside regular teaching hours.
Value For Money
As the institution is funded by Anna University, the tuition fees is very economical, especially for someone from the merit quota. Hostel fees was also acceptable, including mess, electric bill, etc. My tuition fees came up to Rs. 80,000 per year, and hostel fees was about Rs. 90,000.

Academics
Faculty members are known for their teaching standards and student-friendly nature. They take time to ensure every concept is clearly understood, often providing real-life examples during teaching. Professors encourage students to do research and apply their learning in innovative ways. They also guide students through internships, project work, and higher studies preparation.
College Infra
College well-equipped for academic and extracurricular growth. Classrooms are airy and updated with modern facilities. Laboratories in all departments are fully functional, helping students gain practical skills alongside theoretical knowledge. The library is well-stocked and also offers digital learning resources. Hostel facilities are decent, providing safe and comfortable accommodation for both boys and girls.
Placements
Students in my college are get placed in both IT and core companies, making it balanced across departments. The average package is around ₹4.5–5 LPA, with many securing jobs in product-based companies at salaries above ₹15 LPA. Major recruiters include Microsoft, Infosys, Zoho, Accenture, and Tech Mahindra. The placement cell ensures continuous preparation through coding tests, mock interviews, and aptitude practice.
