If still not satisfied, do let me know I will aid in this.

All the best

Hello Rohit,

If you want to get government colleges like NITs,IIITs,GFTIs then you have to first clear the required cutoff as per your category. Below I have provided 2019 JEE Main cutoff (percentile) category wise -

  • CRL : 89.75
  • GEN-EWS : 78.31
  • OBC-NCL : 74.21
  • SC : 54.01
  • ST : 44.33
  • PwD : 0.11

So if you have cleared the required cutoff as per your category then you are JEE Main qualified and hence eligible to get a seat in government colleges like NITs,IIITs or GFTIs. Now to get seat in these colleges you have to go through JoSAA counselling process. Now, if by chance you dont get a seat through JoSAA but you are JEE Main qualified then you can opt for CSAB counselling through which you could get a seat in NITs,IIITs,GFTIs,SFTIs. CSAB counselling will start after the completion of JoSAA counselling process. For other government colleges , those who accept JEE Main score but doesn't participate under JoSAA, for them you have to attend the respective counselling of those particular colleges. With your JEE Main percentile you are likely to get a seat in government colleges but can't say for sure. Better attend the respective counselling process of your choice of colleges and see which branches are you getting.

You can go through this link and checkout the details regarding CSAB counselling: https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/csab

Also, you can visit this link and check the details about JoSAA counselling : https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/josaa-counselling

Hope you get your choice of colleges. Good Luck !!!!

Hello student as per source admission in top government college is not possible with this percentile as we all know that seats are very limited and admission is directly based on category rank i request you to plz help me with your category so that I can provide you exact information.

Hy there aspirant,

The third counselling is for those students who didn't got the seats in first or second counseling . So if you are not harayana domecile you can Still go for the third counselling . Wishing you luck and maybe you get the college of your choice.

Hello,
Basrd upon the marks that you have scored you seem to have no chances to get into the best engineering colleges. It would had been better if you had mentioned your state or domicile.
Sicnce you have the SC category reservation you hold some chances of admission in the private engineering colleges, you have less chances for the government colleges.
The competition is quite tough, though the cutoffs are less for the reserved category students, but still there is a whole lot of competition among them also due to the less number of seats.
Use this college predictor link http://www.engineering.careers360.com/jee-main-college-predictor.
Thank you.

Academics: 3.4/5
Placements: 3.1/5
Value for Money: 2.1/5
Campus Life: 3.9/5

Decent campus, good placements, needs some improvements.

College Infrastructure

UIET Kurukshetra has the necessary infrastructure, including labs, library, Wi-Fi, hostels, and sports facilities. Basic amenities are well provided, though some areas like mess and classroom upgrades need improvement.

Good

College Infrastructure

The campus infrastructure is decent: Wi-Fi across campus, well‐equipped labs, a central library with digital resources. Classrooms generally are clean, but many are non-AC, which is uncomfortable in summers. Hostel amenities are acceptable separate hostels for boys/girls, water purifiers, security, messes. Some complaints about mess food and variation between different hostels.

My experience is the bestest here
