As per the colleges that you've mentioned, VJTI tops in Mumbai for computer science field. After that the second best as per the reviews and placements is Kj Somaiya college of Engineering. It has got some decent placements and a great campus with good infrastructure as well. The next best in Swami Vivekananda college of engineering. The cutoffs usually for VJTI CSE is in the range of 180 marks and Kj somaiya is in the range of 150 marks and swami Vivekananda is in the range of 140 marks.

Vidyalankar Institute of Technology and Bhagalpur College of Engineering both are reputed Institutes.
Vidyalankar is a private Institute with better infrastructure and facilities whereas  Bhagalpur Institute is a public Institute therefore it will cost you significantly lower.
So it depends upon which one do you want to enroll in.
However choosing any of these will be a nice choice.

Well the college is approved by AICTE.The college offers undergraduation and post graduation courses with different branches.Also offers Ph.D in computer science.The campus is extended in 11 acres.The college conducts yoga sessions,football,cricket matches.Smaller events are conducted throughout the year.There are many clubs for student interests.

Placements:

VIT is rated 4.8 out of 5 for placemennts.There recruiters are capgemini,amazon, Accenture,Indian navy.The college recorded 100% placements.

Yes you will definitely able to get admission in vidyalankar institute of technology with this percentile but it is difficult to get computer science engineering or information technology with this rank. You will easily get every branch except CSE or IT department.

- Thakur college of engineering and technology is good in almost every aspect. Faculties are quite helpful and supportive. They are always Available to take your doubts. Some teachers are very strict , while few of them are friendly and supportive. 

Institute offers decent placements in almost every branch. Placement cell is helpful and conduct regular Michael interviews and student development programs. Many reputed companies like Infosys , Accenture etc visit for placements.

Labs are well maintained and all the necessary equipments are available. Infrastructure is really nice . 


- vidyalankar institute is also equally good and placements, Faculty and infrastructure matches upto the level of Thakur college. 

So you can choose any of them on the basis of your convenience and Eligibility criteria.

All the facilities are nice and friendly behavior in all department. College has a Wi-Fi facility and labs, a Chemistry lab, a Physics lab, an Engineering workshop, and an IT workshop. There are two libraries. The hostel is not good and the food quality in the hostel is the worst.

The infrastructure of Institute of Engineering and Technology is very cool and calm. The facilities available for our course we have the best labs with Wi-Fi facilities. Classrooms are clean and maintained. We have a big central library with a silent environment.
