The college's Main objective in promoting a gym is to provide the students with an alternative to classroom activity. With the belief that a physical workout helps the student in developing more concentration in his studies, PBR Visvodaya Institute of Technology & Science has set up a well-equipped gym including Treadmills, Weight Bars, Cross Trainers, Rowing Machine, Crunching Pads, and Cycling Machines. The students and staff are encouraged to use the gym regularly and improve their fitness. In addition, Yoga sessions are conducted regularly to introduce students and staff to its benefits and help them make it a part of their daily routine.

The college has set up a medical facility with necessary medical facilities on the campus to give first aid in case of any medical emergency. First aid boxes are available in every department. A general physician visits the campus regularly for the convenience of students with health issues. The institute also arranges a free medical check-up annually for students and staff. Health awareness camps and talks are conducted regularly for the benefit of the students.

The college values every guest on its campus. The guest rooms have been built within the campus and are designed to provide both comfort and convenience to the guests. The rooms are air-conditioned and are equipped with all the basic facilities required. Several academicians and visitors, when on an official visit to the institution, have availed the use of these guest rooms.

The college has on-campus hostel accommodation for boys. Boys' hostels accommodate about 800+ students each. The hostels provide spacious and well-ventilated rooms, well-maintained washrooms, and hygienically maintained kitchens and dining halls. All the required amenities, such as Wi-Fi facility, RO water system, Stores, First Aid, etc., are available to the students around the clock within the premises. Generators are also provided for power backup.

The college owns a fleet of 30 buses to facilitate the transport of about 1500 students and staff from nearby towns within a radius of 60 km from Kavali. Four of these buses are used for the transport of local students. Utmost care is taken to provide all safety measures to the travelling students. The transport in-charge ensures that all the vehicles are maintained in a repair-free condition in compliance with the RTA guidelines. Drivers with a good track record are employed in compliance with the guidelines provided to the academic institutions by RTA. Each bus is allotted a staff member who regularly monitors the students travelling in the bus and ensures that discipline is maintained in the bus and no inconvenience is caused to any traveller. Also, parents are provided with the mobile number of the bus driver for their convenience.

The college Placement cell frequently interacts with various companies and invites them for campus interviews. The Placement cell arranges training programs to hone the skill sets required for facing the interview, group discussion, etc. It also invites HR managers from various organizations to conduct training programs for the final-year students.

The college Student hobby clubs are constituted for students to pursue their interests in various extracurricular activities as part and parcel of their academics. The extracurricular activities like singing, dancing, acting, speaking, painting, fashion designing, and social service.
