the ip university has started the admission for law courses through clat by cancelling the cet exam which was used to be taken till previous year. the thing is that this is the first time when admission in ip law colleges will be through clat, that is why no one is sure about the registeration process for ip law colleges as the official guidelines have not announced also. and there is no prevoius trend to be seen too. however your admission in ip law college will depend on your rank, category and your nativity as there are separate reservations for all these above mentioned categories.

There are total 240 seats for bba in Vivekananda jnstitute of professional studies(VIPS).while there are 300 seats for ba llb. And in every course , 15% of the seats are reserved for outside delhi region.

Considering the last year's cutoff you can easily get admission in Maharaja Surajmal Institute OR Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies in 3rd round of counselling in 1st shift or 2nd shift.

sir it is not possible to get VIPS college delhi at that rank. cause the cutoff trend at that college is high and around 200 rank. so it not possible to get that college. but if you are belong to different category and in the government officer then you can try for it. there will be some qouta for them.

Yes vips is the only obvious options that you would be elligible enough to vet. Your rank is fine and score must be good so its a obvious note to the self that vips would be given and even if you wish to go for jims you can even get that. There is no doubt you would be denied either of the two since your scores are well so you'll get them.

As you must be knowing, IP University admissions for the BA/BBA LLB programmes will be on basis the CLAT scores from this year. Candidates seeking admission into the undergraduate law programme need to appear in the Common Law Admission Test and qualify the same for being eligible for IPU counselling. They haven't yet released any cutoffs and as this is the first time they will be conducting counselling on the basis of CLAT results, there aren't any previous year cutoffs available based on which I can give you any suggestions. The closing ranks and your chances of getting a college will depend on many factors like the number of seats available, the number of candidates who have applied, their ranks/score.
