You have a little chance of being admitted to the Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies (VIPS), Pitampura, given the cut-off from the previous year. I am sorry to tell you that at this rank , under the general category and as a Delhi domicile , you won't be able to get into VIPS with this ranks . A good rank for getting admission easily into this college ranges between 5000 to 6000 at most .

Do not lose your hopes there are several other good colleges that you can try .

If you are a resident of Delhi ,then there are some chances to get selected for VIPs. So you should apply atleast. But if you are from outside Delhi then there is no chance to get selected for VIPs. Although you can apply for other colleges of ggsipu, which have low cutoff.
