The Vivekananda Institute of Technology in Bangalore offers various facilities to its students. One of these facilities is the boys' hostel. The mess attached to the hostel provides North Indian, South Indian, and Chinese food, and aqua-guard filters are installed to provide clean water. An automatic generator is available in case of power failure, and transportation is provided round the clock in case of an emergency. Hot water is supplied 24 hours a day through a solar heater, and ragging is strictly prohibited.

Similarly, the college provides a hostel for girls as well. The mess dining hall attached to the hostel provides food, and aqua-guard filters are installed to provide clean water. The hostel is equipped with a generator in case of power failure, and transportation is provided from the girls' hostel to the VKIT campus. Hot water is supplied 24 hours a day through a solar heater, and ragging is strictly prohibited. The college also has a health centre with first aid facilities for students and a library that provides access to e-resources such as newspapers, magazines, e-journals, e-books, NDL resources, and UGC-INFONET.

For sports enthusiasts, the college offers excellent sports facilities, including a spacious 2400 Sqft indoor sports complex with a separate 850 Sq ft multi-gym and a 3-acre stadium for track and field events. Indoor games like badminton, ball badminton, table tennis, chess, carom, and other games like basketball, cricket, football, volleyball, throw ball, kho-kho, kabaddi, and netball are also supported. The college encourages all students to participate in intramural and extramural tournaments conducted by various institutions, universities, and open tournaments. The department of physical education is equipped with all indoor and outdoor facilities for staff and students.

The college also has an excellent IT infrastructure facility, including internet and Wi-Fi, a modernised cafeteria that provides nutritious and hygienic meals, a well-equipped seminar hall with an audio-visual system, transport facility, departmental-based laboratories, guest house/waiting room facilities, and a gym for students.

Boys Hostel
The college has a boys' hostel with a maximum capacity of 236 students Boy's Hostel on the Campus has 42 Single and 97 Double Bedrooms which are fully Furnished. North Indian, South Indian, and Chinese foods are provided in the Mess attached to the Hostel. Aqua-Guard Filters are provided in the hostel as well as in the Mess to supply clean water. An automatic Generator is installed to provide power in case of power failure. Transportation Facility is provided Round the Clock in case of Emergency. 24-hour Hot water is supplied through the Solar Heater. Ragging is completely banned in the Hostel.
Girls Hostel
The college has a hostel for girls provided in Rajajinagar to accommodate about 50 female students. Foods are provided in the Mess dining hall attached to the Hostel. Aqua-Guard Filters are provided in the hostel as well as in the Mess to supply clean water. The generator is installed to provide power in case of power failure. Transportation Facility is provided from the Girls Hostel to the VKIT campus. 24-hour Hot water is supplied through the Solar Heater. Ragging is completely banned in the Hostel.
Medical/Hospital
The college has a health center with a first aid facility for the students.
Library
The college has a library facility for all students.
Sports
The college has a Sports facility. All the indoor and outdoor sports facilities exist on the institute campus. The indoor sports complex is available for indoor games like badminton, ball badminton, table tennis, chess, and carom and also has a well-equipped Multi-Gym facility. Outdoor Sports are available for Football, Cricket, softball, Hand Ball, Hockey, Volleyball, and Cement floor for Basket Ball Court.
I.T Infrastructure
The college has an excellent IT Infrastructure facility for the students. Excellent infrastructure with all basic amenities that include internet & Wi-Fi.
Cafeteria
The College canteen is a fully modernized cafeteria backed by well-experienced cooks providing nutritious and hygienic meals, different types of dishes, and snacks. The canteen is equipped with all modern utensils to cook and serve. All provisions of hygienic basic amenities such as Drinking Water, Rest Rooms, etc. are made available in the canteen premises for the perusal of its users.
Auditorium
The college has a well-equipped seminar hall with an audio-visual system.
Transport Facility
The college has a transport facility for students and staff.
Wifi
The college has a Wi-Fi facility for students and staff.
Laboratories
The college has a departmental-based laboratories facility for the students.

College Infrastructure

The college has a good infrastructure, laboratories which support the modern curriculum. The sports facilities are also great, although a little biased towards few specific sports. The classrooms are spacious, well maintained hostels. The hostel provides good quality food.
