This actually depends on many factors, so, you need to choose wisely:

• Government colleges usually have lower fees when compared to private colleges, so, this is a plus point of government institutions.
• However, when you're choosing or shortlisting colleges, factors like Faculty, Placements, Exposure, Internship opportunities must be taken into account.

So, if the Government college you're talking about, has decent placements, good faculty, various other opportunities, then, you should definitely go for it.

But, if the private college you're talking about, has better opportunities and exposure, then, you should probably go for it.

According to your question and taking into consideration that you have filled the incorrect name in the application form of ip University.

I would say that the aadhar is for validation of date of birth or it is an address proof so i dont think your application would be cancelled for this silly mistake . So, you need not worry about anything . If they think that it needs to be changed then they will allow you to change it.

I would like to tell you that as the cut off score for BJMC in IP university varies from different factors such as categories - General, SC,ST,OBC as well as area wise - Delhi, Outside Delhi etc, if you let me know in which category and area are you seeking admission in I will be able to help you properly. The cut off for Delhi General category for Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Management Studies went 1486 for the second shift and for Vivekanand Institute of Professional Studies for General Delhi category went to 968 last year (2019). GGSIPU offers admission in B.Tech course through JEE Main score except for B.Tech Biotechnology, for which admission is through IPU CET .Students must have passed class 12 or equivalent exam with at least 55% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. You have scored 45% which is too low for qualification and Students must have a valid score in JEE Main Paper 1
