Dear student,

With the rank you have secured and seeing the previous year cutoffs you cannot get a college under IP University and that too CS/IT Branch. CS/IT Branch are the most sought branches in B.tech and with such high rank it's impossible for you because you are outside delhi candidate also.

You can try for other branches like ece in the last round.

On the basis of your rank obtained there seems less chances of yours to get a seat in good college in ipu as the rank you obtained does not comes under the closing rank required to get a good college in ipu when compared with previous year closing rank.
