Indraprastha university does not offer BA in Psychology. There are other colleges/universities in Delhi, which do offer admissions on the basis of entrance tests or merit basis.

The Indraprastha University common entrance test for B.Tech. biotechnology is expected to be conducted in May 2020. And the entrance test for M.Tech. is also expected to be conducted in May 2020. You can prepare for the exam accordingly.

The last date for submission of application form for IPU CET was March 31, 2020.One can use JEE mains score of either January attempt or april attempt based on their choice.Registration for Counselling will start on June 18 to 25, 2020.By then JEE mains april session result is declared.Therefore,application process was ended in march.

I guess you are having a doubt as you passed from Bihar Board and not CBSE.

The eligibility criteria for B.Sc (Nursing) course from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi (Also known as: IP UNIVERSITY) concerning class 12 marks is:

You have to secure 50% marks in class 12 in PCB and English. You can pass from either CBSE or recognized board. To specify, Bihar Board is also recognized.

So, you can apply for IPUCET from IP University official website and secure admission.

The colleges under IPU Delhi have an 85% reservation for the students belonging to national capital region of Delhi and the rest 15% for all India students out of which all India reservation students are also there. Therefore there will be very less seats for all India students belonging to general category.

But nevertheless you should still apply for IPU, you may secure a seat if your rank is very good.
