Ravi, IPU conducts its admissions based on JEE Mains score. Now JEE Mains is held twice every year. This year it is in January and July due to Corona Pandemic. Now, even if you haven't qualified in January session but if you appear for July session and score good enough, you can still take admission in IPU based on your July session scores. So you need to appear for July session and score real good for a seat in IPU. So fill up the application form and where it asks you to upload the admit card, upload January session's admit card.

Hello Ravi,
I'm sorry to inform you but IPU takes admission in BTech on the basis of JEE Main scores. So if you haven't qualified JEE Main then you can't get admission in lpu. I recommend you to fill the July session application form which is still active and give the exam.
