I obtained overall 58% marks in 12th class. But i obtained 49.3333% marks in phy,chem,bio. Also i got 1415rank in ipu code 124 in this year.

Since your overall percentage (which must include Physics, Chemistry, Maths and one more subject) is more than 55%, you are eligible for admissions through IPU CET.
As for your rank, it is good and you should be able to get admission through this rank.
Some additional information about IPU CET:
Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) will conduct the IPU CET exam except for B.Tech for admissions to various courses offered by the colleges affiliated to it.
The admissions to B.Tech courses will be done on the basis of the JEE Mains scores and the B.Tech candidates will have to register for the counselling. For other courses, candidates will have to appear for the IPU CET exam and admissions will be on the basis of the ranks obtained.
