If we are going solely by reputation and peer review about college culture, faculty as such the I'd say ADGITM IS better than GTBIT.

Some facts:

- Both these colleges have similar fee structures (approx. 4 lacs)

- Both of them have really average placements for other branches including ECE

- Unless you plan on going for higher studies or jobs through GATE, GRE, CAT, etc. you should not expect good direct placements for your course.

- Student bodies of both colleges are good and active with opportunities of internships available if you try.

- as for infrastructure, I think ADGITM has it better.

In general the seats are filled in such a way that they fill general category seats first, the they start filling  category seats .

So if your rank is good you can definitely   get a seat   under general category .

Yes, GGSIPU University offers fresh choice filling after each round of Counselling process.

In each Round of Counselling process (Round 1, Round 2, Mop up) Candidates needs to do Fresh Choice Filling and Locking of Colleges for the Seat Allotment and it is mandatory, if you don't fill Colleges in each round of Counselling process then you will not get any Seat.

Fresh Registration and Payment of Counselling Fee is not required in subsequent rounds (if you are already a registered candidate from Round1). However, If you have missed Round 1 Counselling then you can also Registered as a fresh candidate in Round 2 Counselling of IPU.

Option for Fresh Choice Filling is available in each and every round of IPU Counselling.

In 3rd round (conversion round) of online-counselling, the seats (region-wise) and category wise shall be converted to unreserved category after doing seat allotment of the reserved category.

From 27 November, all the processes namely  allotment letter issuing, freeze/float  willingness options, admission withdrawal etc.  will be conducted as per the schedule.

It seems that you have mentioned your NEET marks and rank which is 639 and 6165 respectively. if anything other then please mention it.

Since you have not mentioned your category so considering it as general.

So on such marks and category you have good chances of getting NDMC, New Delhi under IPU according to previous year's cut-off. As we go through previous year's cut-off then it shows that last year the lowest cut-off marks was 562 for NDMC, New Delhi under state quota for General category.
