It totally depends upon your interest. If you are too determined that you want to persue your career in CSE, then i would suggest go for IIT jodhpur. However, if you are not sure about it, then i would suggest go for IIT BHU as its a better one.

Is it easier to change branch in IIT bhu or IIT dhanbad?

IITs allow its students to change branch on the basis of two criteria. Either the students can change their branch on the basis of CGPA at the end of 2nd Semester or they can apply for a different branch on the basis of their JEE Advanced Rank.

The central library is extensive, offering a vast collection of books, journals, and digital resources. Students also have access to high-speed internet and computer centers across the campus. For accommodation, IIT BHU provides multiple hostels for boys and girls with basic amenities, Wi-Fi, and mess facilities.
