Yes, you can get Civil Branch with your rank in JEE - Advanced. The IITs you can get are IIT - Tripati, IIT - Ropar, IIT - Patna, IIT - Mandi, etc. You can use your state quota in IIT - Jodhpur but IIT - Jodhpur does not

I see that you have not mentioned the name of exam .So , i consider the exam to be JEE ADVANCED and your 1114 rank to be JEE ADVANVED ST category rank.
