You should go with iit Bombay college.  IIT Bombay will provide you with better career facilities. Engineering in physics with IIT Bombay is always better among any engineering options.

Hope you are doing great there . Since you didn't mentioned any category , therefore i am answering this question with respect to general category . For admission in IITB , you should have a rank less than 5,000 . And for IIT Delhi , your rank should be less than 6,000 .

yes, IIT bombay has various scholarships, students belongs to reserve category like sc/st  are waiver of tuition fees on b.tech course. so apart from this you may apply for financial assistance. it would depends on the your eligibility conditions and number of scholarships available in iits.

As we go through the latest cut-off of 2020 then it shows that the closing rank for General category was 66 for CSE branch in IIT Bombay. See it is quite difficult to tell you about exact marks to score because for JEE-Advance no maximum marks are fixed but yes with regards to JEE-Advance 2021 if you secure your AIR in JEE-Advance under top 55 then there are good chances for you to get CSE branch in IIT Bombay.
