The placement statistics on IGDTUW Official Website are for 2017-18 placements which are now obsolete and cannot be relied on. For IT Branch from peer reviews, I could find that Placements are good for Circuital branches such as Computer Science and Information Technology. Highest Package offered is 16 LPA

Both the college are good for the respective branches. The IGDTUW cse has good placement than BIT MESRA ECE. And first you should select in which branch you have more interest then accordingly you can select the college. Campus of IGDTUW is also nice.
