Yes you can get a good branch but chances of getting higher branch like CSE or IT is very low but you can get this branch in lower colleges like some of low rank GFTIs. To get CSE or IT in NIT or IIIT your EWS rank must be below 9k. But you can get ECE, ME or EE in any NIT or top GFTIs. If your home quota is in any state of north side India then there is chance you could get IT or CSE in your state NIT because NIT in norths have high closing rank for home quota students.

With 82937 OBC Category rank , it is Difficult to get seats in NITs , IIITs or GFTIs. I would suggest you to go state Level Councelling. You can also for private engineering colleges like LPU, Chandigarh University, Sharda University, etc.

You haven't mentioned your SC Category rank. Your predicted rank would be 38000+. With this percentile , it would be difficult to get into NITs , IIITs. You could get GFTIs like Assam University, Rajasthan Central University in special round councelling if seat remains. As you have mentioned that you have secured 22k rank in ews so let me tell you that there is no chance to get any iiit or nit in this rank because the cut offs are way higher.

Although various factors are considered while deciding the cut offs like number of candidates appearing in the examination number of vacant seats in college previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper.

The infrastructure is just awesome with all the requirements. In the central library, all study materials are available for all semesters, and all books are available. Classrooms and labs are equipped with smart boards, and unlimited Wi-Fi facilities are available throughout the campus. There are many grounds for sports like cricket, football, volleyball, and basketball. The quality of the food in the mess is good and hygienic.
