You won't be able to get into any government engineering colleges with this JEE Mains score, including NITs, IIITs, and GFTIs. Even your category rank will be useless.

Based on your percentile and your category it is so difficult to get seat in any nit's or iiit's.so must score 94 or 95 percentile above in jee mains.

You haven't mentioned your category assuming that you belong to general category you do not have chances to get seat in Computer Science Engineering in IIIT, Delhi. The cut off for general category (Delhi region) in last round of JAC counselling (round 10) was 9466 (AIR) Considering the previous year cut off you do not have chances to get seat in the preferred course in IIIT, Delhi.

The cut off changes every year depending on the total number of candidates appeared, difficulty level of examination and total number of seats available etc.
