See on such OBC rank any of the GFTIs would be difficult as per previous year's cut-off but as we saw a slight dip in JEE-Main 2021 cut-offs so there is possibility that you can get some GFTIs.

Basically there are a 100 seats on average in each IIIT. Now as per government jurisdiction, 10% of the seats are reserved. So, I guess around 250-300 seats are available for GEN-EWS for IIIT. Do it is tough for you to get a seat. But if the seats availability

Both the colleges have its own pros and cons.

The ratio of number of companies visiting campus to nunber of students is more in IIIT Allahabad . In simpler words more opportunity in IIIT Allahabad.

As you might know competition is quiet tough in JEE mains, especially when you belong to general category.  Now the answer to your question is no , at this rank you will not be able to get any IIIT or NIT.
