See with General category and such rank it is quite difficult to get any good college like NITs/IIITs with Other state or All India quota. But you can go for some enlisted NITs if you deserves Home state quota for them otherwise you can definitely try for private colleges (as they also have their own entrance exams and they also take admission on the basis of your class 12th score) discussed below or you can appear for state counselling of state like MP, Rajasthan, Gujarat and likewise for other states.
So you can try for some NITs if you deserve Home state quota for them :-
