According to your rank and category , it would be difficult to get admission in NIT's and other good GFTI's . However you can try for your home state nit as well as some lower nit, as the cutoff for home state nit is generally lower .

Your predicted rank will be around 62000,note its not the exact rank and can vary accordingly.As the cutoff of CSE branch is much high it seems difficult to get CSE branch in IIT,you may look for NITS but i will suggest you to wait till the official cutoff

Congratulations for getting 9461 rank in jee main. Its very hard to give exact chance of admission in a college as cutoff of college vary every year based on different factor. One can predict chance of getting in a college by analysing past year trends.

As per the previous year cutoff as a OBC  category the chance seems less to get a seat in NITs, IIITs & GFTIs.

however you can try for state counseling like Punjab, Haryana, MP, Etc.

Dear student, as the cut off was around 70 percentile for ews category in jee mains 2020 and as per your percentile, you will not get any iiit. You can also not get any nits.
