But for admission to IIT College he will have to appear for jee advanced. Admission to IIT depends on cut off Jee

But you have to compromise with branch.

Based on your rank there is no chance to get seat in under ews quota because only 10% of the total seats are given to ews category which is further divided into male and female quota.You can read cut off of top nits here
