Considering your category yes you have very good chance in North East NITs( NIT Mizoram, Meghalaya, Nagaland) and new IIITs.

For Cse in top 5nit and top 3 iiit you need 99.5+percentile

To get cse in any middle rank nit iiit you need above 99 -98 percentile

For lower rank nit and iiit you need 97-98 percentile

Hello Aspirant,

With 86 percentile you won't get a sit in NIT or IIIT. If you are dropper than you must have to increase your percentile to atleast 97 than you can get an good branch. For that from now you have to work hard till the next attempt.
