sorry to say  you but you cannot join any IIT or IIIT colleges after 10th. To take admission in those college you should have pass JEE main and then the advance. And for those exam the minimum eligibility criteria is you should have pass your 10 + 2

Considering the rank formula, your rank will be around 75 thousand to 78 thousand.

in iiit bangalore integrated btech + mtech admission is based on jee main score, due to covid 19 most of the exams included jee main april session, which  is postponed, so that why in iiit Bangalore admission will also delayed. there is no official dates announced, you need to
