Since you got 87% your rank would be around 1,00,000. So there is no chance of getting a seat in IIIT's as you need to minimum have 98% inorder to get a seat in IIIT. So you can check for other colleges which give admission based on your percentage.

To get into any of the IITS you need to score more than 96 percentile. In order to secure a good branch in the IIITs.

For getting a score of 96 percentile your marks should be more than 170.

NIT Durgapur Bio Technology,  Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical and Materials Engineering

NIT Hamirpur- EEE,Mech

NIT Rourkela- Food Processing.

Unfortunately with this percentile score you can not get a seat in IIIt Kerala. To get admission you need at least 95 percentile. Work harder for the next exam.

In year 2019,Highest package offered was 42 Lakhs per Annum and average package was 14 Lakhs per Annum.

mechatronic engineering  is  branch of combination of Electrical ,computer science ,control,system,robotics,telecommunication .As per my knowledge any IIT not offer Mechatronic engineering for Undergraduate courses .But some of private college and universities are offer this course .
