All IITs and NITs conducts admission for MTech only through GATE, every year. Some IIITs like IIIT Hyderabad and IIIT Delhi, which conducts PG entrance exam like,

For a general category student it is not possible to get into NIT or IIIT with that much percentile. It will roughly equals to 1,30,000 rank or more. That is not enough to get into IIIT/NIT for a general category student.

As you know qualifying marks for cse for obc(ncl) category is 35.6.
For getting admission in nits and iiits its low. Although you can get some different branches in nits or iiits.
